We’ve been having some fun with the reds when the weather has been going our way. Some days are just too gnarly to go, but when the winds are down and the weather is moderating the fish get happy !

Matt nailed this nice fish using a Chris Webber crab pattern. Chris’s flies are available at Rivers and Glenn in downtown Savannah
You never know about fish, I swear they are worse than women at times. Once you think you have them on a good pattern, Bam !!! They throw ya a head fake. We have had some great days, and have had some tough ones as well. Allies have been offshore busting baits,but I tell ya it’s tough and yet still fun running around trying to get flies in from of those speed deamons before they go down. Looks like a series of fronts will be moving thru bringing us closer to winter. Clear water and big schools of reds will be in play.
