April has been something else, sometimes feeling more like October. Wind and clouds mixed with no shortage of rain. We have been able to pop some lips though. Somedays have been tougher than others, but when the some comes out we have been able to have some fun. Norman Howard came down and had some fun chasing the critters with me. Always fun with Howard ! Cobia are showing in the Broad, as far as numbers, I don’t know, just know some fish are being caught.

Scott Dempsey w / a purdy one
Mike Dempsey w his his first on fly, fell to Chris Webbers runaway shrimp.
All I can say fish can drive you nutz !!!!! There have been some fish taling on the high tides, but seems like when I get out there either the weather is not doing us any favors or the fish are not around. The other night we had some fish tailing with 20 mph winds and clouds the next morning no wind warm and one fish tailing. Then not a thing the rest of the trip. Just goes to show ya never know till ya go. Some cobia are showing up and triple tail are popping up here as well.
