Right now it’s what do you want to catch ? The trout bite is good, reds are doing their thing, Big Jacks are here, and poon are doing it big time getting ready for the swim south. An old buddy of mine from the Outer Banks surprised me one day saying he was here and wanted to go fishing, so we went. With some tough conditions Wardy caught some trout ,reds and jumped a big tarpon ! It was great to see ya again Wardy and hoped to get ya back down soon. I think September has to be my favorite month of the year to fish, so much variety and the weather is perfect. The fish have been feeling the shorter days and the shrimp are large so they know it’s time to get their feed on. Their all turnt up! Looks like the tropics may be firing up a bit so who knows what that bitch Mother Nature is going to toss at us, but if I can’t fish hopefully she’ll toss some fun surf in the mix.
